CHARLESTON -- William H. "Bill" Tinnell, 97, died at 7:55 a.m. July 20, 2002, at the Charleston Manor.

Visitation is at noon Monday until service time at 2 p.m. at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery.
