CATRON - Richard Lionel and Amie Leigh Wrather Jr. are the parents of their fourth child, second son, born at 5:13 p.m. Oct. 14, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Richard Blake Wrather weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 1/2-inches long.
The former Amie Edwards, Mrs. Wrather is the daughter of Arvil and Deborah Edwards of Sikeston. She is a financial assistant for Americare.

Mrs. Sutton, daughter of Bonita Miller of Matthews and the late Harold Miller, is a secretary for the Mississippi County Health Department.
