Davy Pruitt

SIKESTON - Charles "Davy" Pruitt, 36, died July 14, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born Sept. 16, 1965, in St. Louis, son of Nancy Ann Gilliland Pruitt of Morley and the late David Levi Pruitt, he was a drafting designer. He worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation in Sikeston for 10 years and was employed by Bowen Engineering Survey in Cape Girardeau.

On Aug. 25, 1989, he married Kathy Fauss who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: one son, Payne Pruitt of Sikeston; one daughter, Amber Pruitt of Sikeston; one brother, Ronnie Pruitt of Sikeston; one sister, Kerrie Swain of Chaffee; and his paternal grandmother, Grace Horrell of Chaffee.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. Thursday until service time at 8 p.m. at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Jim Simmons will officiate.
