SIKESTON - Juanita Jackson, 87, died April 27, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born May 17, 1914, at Elizabethtown, Ill., daughter of the late John Blanchard and Nancy Katherine Umphery McFall Sr., she had worked at International Shoe in Sikeston and previously resided in Arkansas. She was a member of the Murray Lane Baptist Church.

On May 20, 1942, she married James A. Jackson who preceded her in 1989.

Survivors include: two brothers, John Blanchard McFall Jr. of Cape Girardeau and Everett McFall of St. Louis. Also surviving are a niece and her husband, Joan and Harley Bixler of Canalou; a niece, Audrey Davis of Hot Springs, Ark.; two great-nephews and wives, John and Laura Bixler and Paul and Melissa Bixler of Sikeston; and two great-great-nephews, John Hayes Bixler and Mark Milton Bixler of Sikeston.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel where memorial services are scheduled for 4 p.m. with Rev. Kelly Grubbs, pastor of the Murray Lane Baptist Church, officiating.

Mrs. Jackson will then be transported on Monday to the Couch Funeral Home in Melbourne, Ark., where graveside rites will be conducted at the Franklin Cemetery Monday afternoon.
