SIKESTON - Debbie Kay Cook, 45, died Oct. 20, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born April 26, 1957, in Lawrenceburg, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Opal Carter Collier.

On July 5, 1974, in Parma, she married James Henry Cook who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, James T. Cook of Sikeston; one daughter, Michelle Dawn Cook of Sikeston; five sisters, Mavelene Hicks of Malden, Pauline Adams of Sikeston, Vickie Bower of Avon Park, Fla., Juanita Rybinshi of Mulberry, Fla., and Judy Collier of Mexico, Mo.; three brothers, Jack Collier of St. Louis, Ricky Collier of Modesto, Calif., and Tommy Collier of Farmington; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Tony Collier; and one sister, Willadean Collier.

Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. Wednesday until service time at 2 p.m. at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. The Rev. Donald Wells will officiate.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
