PARMA - Vonnie Woodard, 92, died Feb. 25, 2003, at the Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston.

Born Feb. 8, 1911, in Yuma, Tenn., daughter of the late Robert and Mary Iva Bradfield, she lived in the Parma area most of her life, where she was a member of the Church of Christ.

On Dec. 3, 1927, in Blytheville, Ark., she married Tom Woodard who preceded her in death on Dec. 8, 1985.

Also preceding her in death were one son, Albert Edward Woodard; one daughter, Julia Mae White; four brothers, Hobert Bradfield, Carlie Bradfield, Raymond Bradfield and Harvey Bradfield; four sisters, Winnie Lindsey, Dortha Moore, Ola Hill and Rhoda Taylor; and two grandchildren.

Survivors include: one son, John R. Woodard of Sikeston; and 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Parma.

Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ in Parma with Carnell Brittain of Bernie, officiating.

Burial will follow in Mounds Park Cemetery near Lilbourn.
