Ester Spear

PUXICO - Ester O. Spear, 84, died June 19, 2003, at Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus in Poplar Bluff.

Born July 24, 1918, in Puxico, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Bertie Crabb Spear. She was a lifelong resident of Puxico where she was a member of the General Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two brothers and sisters-in-law, Elmer and Shirley Spear of Puxico and Harrison and Lucy Spear of Poplar Bluff; two sisters, Gladys Townsend of Benton, Ark., and Frieda Null of Dexter; and a niece, Joyce Moore of Puxico.

Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Kenneth Lambert of Bloomfield will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Puxico Cemetery.
