Norma Richards

NEW MADRID - Norma Jean Richards, 56, died June 15, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born June 29, 1946, in New Madrid, daughter of Clarence Ellis of Peoria, Ill., and the late Rubel Hayes, she was a member of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church in Lilbourn.

She is survived by her father and one half sister, Olivia Lindsey of Peoria.

Services were conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Holloway, pastor, officiating.

Burial followed in the Sand Hill Cemetery in New Madrid.

Richards Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
