KELSO - Laura and Kevin Meunier are the parents of their second child, first daughter, born at 6:11 p.m. Aug. 27, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Madison Charlie Meunier weighed 7 pounds, 13.5 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Michael and Mary Lou Welter of Sikeston.
Paternal grandparents are Mae Meunier of Sikeston and the late Charles Meunier.

EAST PRAIRIE - Angela and Dennis Thurman are the parents of their fourth child, first daughter, born at 4:46 pm. Aug. 29, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Emma Rae Thurman weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Keith and Linda Moore of East Prairie and Charles Cox of Arkansas.
Paternal grandparents are James and Charlene Grisso of Charleston.
