SIKESTON - Jerry Franklin Winberry, 54, died at 7:18 p.m. Jan. 21, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Born March 15, 1948, in Stanton, Tenn., son of the late Joseph and Mary Barrett Winberry, he was a member of Murray Lane Baptist Church. He owned and operated the Cut Hut Hair Salon for 28 years.

On May 25, 1974, in Elvins, he married Sandy G. Graham who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Jerry Winberry Jr. of Sikeston; one brother, Marshall Winberry of Poplar Bluff; and two sisters, Mildred Smith of Bartlett, Tenn., and Katie Clark of Caruthersville.

Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel, where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Kelley Grubbs, pastor of Murray Lane Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
