Jeffrey Pobst

CHAFFEE - Jeffrey Frank Pobst, 43, died at 12:05 a.m. Jan. 20, 2003, at his home.

Born Nov. 11, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, son of Gary F. and Anne Evans Pobst of Oran, he was employed by Richards Trucking Company in Cape Girardeau. He was of the Catholic belief.

On Aug. 14, 1998, he married Heather Andreen who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include: two sons, Dustin Pobst and Derek Pobst of Summersville; one daughter, Tiffany Pobst of Summersville; two brothers, Kevin Pobst of Dexter and Paul Pobst of Oran; one sister, Belinda Harris of Columbia; his paternal grandmother, Marcella Pobst of Chaffee; and maternal grandparents, Virginia Phillips of Morley and John Bond of Cape Girardeau.

Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, where parish prayers are scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran with the Rev. James Seyer officiating.

Burial will follow in the Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery.
