SCOTT CITY - Laura Bernece Foulk, 82, died at 1:41 p.m. Jan. 10, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born April 24, 1920, at Avert, daughter of the late Arthur M. and Grace Robey Lipe, she was employed as a seamstress at Ely Walker Company and was a member of New Life Gospel Center in Scott City.
On Oct. 5, 1936, in Benton, she married Clifford B. Foulk who preceded her in death on April 30, 2002.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, three sisters and one great-grandchild.
Survivors include: three sons, Don Foulk of Scott City, Charles Foulk of Rockview and Dean Foulk of Chaffee; one sister, Lettie Young of Dupo, Ill.; and 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Amick- Burnett Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Jack Owens and Charles Tennison officiating.
Burial will follow in Lightner Cemetery.
