PORTAGEVILLE-- Michael and Sheila Brands have announced the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Nicole, to Justin Allen Noble, son of Rosemary Cooley of Portageville.
A 1999 graduate of Portageville High School, the future bride is owner and operator of Images in Portageville.
The prospective bridegroom graduated in 1999 from North Pemiscot High School in Wardell and is employed by Riceland Foods.
Wedding plans are under way for a Feb. 8, 2003, ceremony at St. Eustachius Catholic Church.
