Judy Babb

SIKESTON - Judy Lee Babb, 45, died at 6:50 a.m. Jan. 2, 2003, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born June 27, 1957, in Sikeston, she was the daughter of Betty McBroom Beck of Sikeston and the late Spurlin Beck Sr.

On Dec. 5, 1977, she married Larry Franklin Babb who preceded her in death on April 14, 1993.

Survivors in addition to her mother include: two sons, Chris Babb and Cecil Babb of Sikeston; one brother, Roger Beck of Sikeston; three sisters, Jeanie Robinson of St. Louis, Doris Smith of Sikeston and Shirley McCaustland of Sacramento, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

One sister, Kathy Neece, also preceded her in death.

Visitation begins at 5 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday with Jerry Adams officiating.

Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.

Pallbearers will be: Chris Babb, Cecil Babb, James "Timmy" Beck, Shane Beck, Chad Faire and Harold Fodge.
