Curt McDaniel

DELTA - Lloyd "Curt" McDaniel, 51, died at 4:10 a.m. Dec. 15, 2002, at his home.

Born Aug. 21, 1951, in Bell City, son of Thelma "Cricket" Simmons McDaniel of Delta and the late Harold Lloyd McDaniel, he was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and St. Ambrose Men's Club in Chaffee and Leopold Knights of Columbus Council 5898. He was an operator for the Spartech Corporation in Cape Girardeau.

On Nov. 6, 1971, he married Mary Agnes DeBrock who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: one son, Jason McDaniel of Delta; two daughters, Carla Perry and Amanda McDaniel of Delta; two sisters, Beverly Hefner of Delta and Vickey Vandeven of Glennon; and four grandchildren.

Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where parish prayers will be conducted at 7 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with the Rev. Ralph Duffner officiating.

Burial will follow in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery at Glennon.

Pallbearers will be: Jim Senciboy, Bart Vandeven, Pat McDaniel, Daniel Vandeven, Justin Vandeven, Marty DeBrock, Tim Horrell and Brian Bueter.
