Freda Miller

ESSEX - Freda Miller, 84, died Dec. 12, 2002, at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter.

Born Nov. 8, 1918, at Ashdown, Ark., daughter of the late Thomas and Carrie Clark Mason, she was of the Baptist belief.

On Oct. 23, 1938, at Dexter, she married Charles Edward Miller who preceded her in death on Feb. 21, 1983.

One son, Eddy Miller, also preceded her in death.

Survivors include: two sons, Tommy Miller of Essex and Dale Miller of Kansas City; one brother, Paul Mason of Manteca, Calif.; two sisters, Georgie Mason and Ruble Mason of Dallas, Texas; and seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hagy Cemetery with the Rev. Ronnie Ledbetter officiating.
