Annis Clark

JOY, Ill. - Annis Gough Clark, 41, died April 17, 2002, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Born Dec. 29, 1960, in Pontiac, Mich., daughter of Velta Whitehead Gough of Dexter, Mo., and the late Chester A. Gough, she was a secretary in the medical records department at a hospital in Joy.

Survivors in addition to her mother include: two sons, Benjamin Clark and Christian Clark of North Carolina; one brother, Gary Gough of Dexter; three sisters, Patsy A. Smith of Rockwood, Tenn., Linda S. Gilliam of Spring Hill, Tenn., and Janis Marie Jackson of Hamilton, Mo.

Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. Saturday until service time at 11 a.m. at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Don Cooper will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
