Larry Butts

BILOXI, Miss. - Larry Dale Butts, 60, died Feb. 22, 2002, in Biloxi.

Born Aug. 10, 1941, in Kirksville, son of Dorthea Butts and the late Lee Alfred Butts, he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and former resident of St. Joseph, Mo.

His wife, Shirley Chaney Butts, survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: four daughters, Monica Storer of Savannah, Mo., Jackie Miller of Sikeston, Mo., Shelley Myron of Miles City, Mont., and Lisa Swisshelm of Los Angeles, Calif.; five sons, Jerry Butts of Tustin, Calif., Brian Butts of Portland, Ore., Mike Gagnon of Tulsa, Okla., Steve Gagnon of Dalton, Ga., and Kevin Gagnon of Memphis, Texas; two sisters, Joyce Butts and Judy Butts, addresses unavailable; one brother, LeRoy Butts, address unavailable; and 27 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Private services will be scheduled at a later date.

Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home's Howard Avenue Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
