James Greer

PARMA - James Lee Greer, 56, died Feb. 21, 2002, at Southern Missouri Healthcare in Dexter.

Born Nov. 12, 1945, in Sunflower County, Miss., he was the son of Lillie Mae McCan Greer Wright of Parma and the late Willie Morris Greer.

Other survivors include: one daughter, Cynthia Denise Thatch of Champaign, Ill.; five brothers, Sidney Gaines and Edward Wright of Burlington, Iowa, Davie Wright Sr. of Port Huron, Mich., Willie Wright of Parma and Tommie Wright of Oceanside, Calif.; and three sisters, Lillie B. Gaines of Parma, Mable Jackson of Burlington and Jewel Wright of Parma.

Visitation will be held from noon Saturday until service time at 1 p.m. at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden with Jack Wrinkle officiating.

Burial will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery at Malden.
