Mae Miller

TAMPA, Fla. - Mae E. Miller, 76, died May 12, 2002, at her home.

Born Sept. 9, 1925, in Dushore, Pa., daughter of the late Edwin and Margaretta (Green) Miller, she was a certified nurse aide before retiring.

On Sept. 14, 1941, she married Wesley Miller who preceded her in death on March 1, 1981.

Survivors include: four sons and one daughter-in-law, Clyde and Kathy Miller, Paul Miller and James Miller of Tampa and Thomas Miller of Virginia; two daughters and a son-in-law, Mary and John Cappel of Sikeston, Mo., and Rita Miller of Tampa; two brothers, Carl Dalaba of Utah and Edwin Dalaba of California; three sisters, Lucy Gamble and Mary Stugart of Pennsylvania and Shirley McCarney of Indiana; and nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

One son, Ervin L. Miller preceded her in death in February 1966.

Visitation is from 1 p.m. today until service time at 2 p.m. at the Garden of Memories Chapel in Tampa. The Rev. Dr. Kevin Ahrens will officiate.

Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park in Tampa.
