Willie Langston
DEXTER - Willie Langston, 39, died Aug. 24, 2002, at Three Rivers Healthcare North in Poplar Bluff.
Born Dec. 5, 1962, in Cape Girardeau, son of the late Charles D. and Lula Pauline Ivester Langston, he lived most of his life in Dexter where he was a member of the Lighthouse Christian Center. He retired from the Missouri National Guard after 20 years of service and was a forklift operator for Tyson Foods in Dexter.
On Nov. 26, 1983, at Dexter, he married Patricia Mims who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Brian Langston and Bradley Langston of Dexter; two brothers, Robert Earl Williamson of Puxico and Jackie Langston of Sikeston; and two sisters, Dixie Belinda Langston of Fairdealing and Margaret Ann Williamson, address unavailable.
Visitation is scheduled after 5 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Jim Baggett will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
