Myrtle McIntosh
PARMA -- Myrtle McIntosh, 83, died June 2, 2002, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Dec. 26, 1918, in West Plains, daughter of the late Frank and Stella Whitaker Hearren, she had lived in the Parma area for 65 years and was a retired seamstress and member of Parma Baptist Church.
In November 1937, at Parma, she married Wesley Ervin McIntosh who preceded her in death on June 10, 1966.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Leon Hearren; one stepson, Ray McIntosh; one brother, Jesse Hearren; and two sisters, Virginia Presley and Lola Folckomer.
Survivors include: one son, Wesley Anthony McIntosh of Parma; three daughters, Mary Lee of Lilbourn, Stella Buck of Dexter and Martha Miller of Parma; two stepsons, Ervin McIntosh of Lampe and Kenneth McIntosh of Bremerton, Wash.; and 25 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Parma where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday. Michael D. Chambliss of Jacksonville, Fla., will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Parma Cemetery.
