BURKLEY, Ky. - Geneva Olene Mainord, 64, died Feb. 17, 2002, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah.

Born Sept. 26, 1937, daughter of the late Claude Owens and Virginia Avery Roberts, she was a member of the Crow Congregational Methodist Church in Matthews, Mo., and Order of the Eastern Star in Bardwell.

Her husband, Albert D. "Dick" Mainord, survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two daughters, Teresa Lynette Lathem of Wurtzberg, Germany, and Lisa Lorene Polivick of Murray; two sons, Craig D. Mainord and Keith Mainord of Arlington; four sisters, Evelyn Ryan of South Bend, Ind., Linda Lake of Durand, Mich., Jennifer Senkines of Clio, Mich., and Ramona Booth of Pulaski; two brothers, Terry Roberts of Montgomery, Ala., and Roger Roberts of Chicago, Ill.; and seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

One brother also preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held after 6 p.m. today at Milner-Orr Funeral Home in Arlington where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday. The Revs. David and Anne Marie Montgumary and the Rev. Donald Carver will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Matthews Cemetery at Matthews.
