BENTON -- A second Sikeston man is in the Scott County Jail after being arrested on drug-related charges Wednesday afternoon. Jeremy E. Rancigalo, 30, was charged with delivery of drug paraphernalia and selling or transporting a solvent. Bond is set at $20,000. He joins Max L. BENTON -- A second Sikeston man is in the Scott County Jail after being arrested on drug-related charges Wednesday afternoon.

Jeremy E. Rancigalo, 30, was charged with delivery of drug paraphernalia and selling or transporting a solvent. Bond is set at $20,000. He joins Max L. Wainscott, 28, who was also charged with delivery of drug paraphernalia and selling or transporting a solvent.

Scott County Sheriff Bill Ferrell said officers with the Scott County Sheriff's Office, working ongoing narcotic investigations, were able to obtain search warrants for a residence and business in Sikeston. Officers with the Scott County Sheriff's Office and Sikeston Department of Public Safety served the warrants Wednesday and numerous articles used for the purpose of ingesting illegal narcotics were seized.

Wainscott and Rancigalo were owners of a business known as Ngamsom's, 507 Greer Ave.
