Imogene Hanna
CHAFFEE - Imogene L. Hanna, 84, died at 5:50 p.m. June 16, 2002, at her home.
Born May 21, 1918, in Rockview, daughter of the late William P. and Mamie Stuckey Miles, she was a member of Ladies Auxiliary of the United Transportation Union and was of the Assemblies of God belief.
On Feb. 12, 1938, she married Claude Hanna who preceded her in death on June 9, 1980.
Survivors include: three sons, Bill F. Hanna of Cape Girardeau, Mark A. Hanna of Belleville, Ill., and Kent R. Hanna of Chaffee; three daughters, Diane Evans of Oran, Sharon Polito of Cape Girardeau and Tammy Gooden of Giddings, Texas; two sisters, Mildred Haynes of Birmingham, Ala., and Jewell Garrison of Tulsa, Okla.; and 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
One son, five brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Visitation begins at 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Vyron Yount will officiate.
Burial will follow in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
Pallbearers will be: Tracy Evans, Bobbie Coomer, Daniel Hanna, Keith Chapman, Robert Coomer and Ben Evans.
