NEW MADRID -- Amanda Andrews and William John Dailey were united in marriage in a 2 p.m. ceremony Dec. 28, 2002, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church before Monsignor Michael Swalina. Scriptures were read by Harriette Myers, aunt of the bride, and Nicholas Andrews, brother of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Pat Hillis of New Madrid and Michael Andrews of Collierville, Tenn.

Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Mike Kopp of Arlington, Tenn., and John Dailey of Ripley, Tenn.

Music was provided by organist Brenda Kuhn and soloist Carol Bixler.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a simple gown of ivory satin trimmed in seed pearls which was complemented by her 10-foot bridal veil of Belgium lace. She carried a bouquet of three red roses.

Dena Gibbs served her friend as maid of honor. She wore a floor length hunter green gown and carried a single red rose. Alexis Cain, niece of the bride, was flower girl.

Attending the bridegroom as best man was his friend, Ryan Saylor. Gavin Saylor served as ring bearer.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the New Madrid Country Club.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the bridegroom's parents at the Ramada Inn in Sikeston on the eve of the wedding.

The bride graduated from New Madrid County Central High School and the bridegroom is a graduate of Bolton High School in Arlington. Mr. and Mrs. Dailey are employed by Federal Express in Memphis.

Following a honeymoon to Mexico, they are residing in Olive Branch, Miss.
