Willie Lloyd

WILSON CITY - Willie Lou Lloyd, 93, died at 4:15 a.m. Aug. 30, 2003, at her home.

Born Dec. 10, 1909, in Birdsong, Ark., daughter of the late Jerry and Laura Ann Logan Cooper, she lived in Missouri for more than 50 years. She was a member of the Ollie Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two sisters, Lena Carter of Charleston and Mary Farmer of Wilson City; and one brother, Jerry Cooper Jr. of Toledo, Ohio.

Services were conducted at 1 p.m. today at Sparks Funeral Home in Charleston with Elder Eugene Horton officiating.

Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
