CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Brian and Teresa Golden have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Matthew Skelton, son of Kent and Donna Skelton of Jackson.
The future bride, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Dicus of Sikeston, is a 2002 graduate of Cape Central High School.
She works in food services for Southeast Missouri Hospital.
A 2002 graduate of Jackson High School, the prospective bridegroom is employed by the K&G Clements Construction Co. in Biehle.
Wedding plans are under way for an April 17, 2004, ceremony.
