Donald Skelton

BLOOMFIELD - Donald Gene Skelton, 56, died July 13, 2003, at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter.

Born Aug. 20, 1946, in Poplar Bluff, son of Jackie Bess Skelton of Bloomfield and the late Donald L. Skelton, he was a truck driver for WW Wood Products in Dudley and member of Bloomfield Lodge 143 AF&AM.

Survivors in addition to his mother include: two sons, Dale Skelton of Holts Summit and Lee Skelton of Silver Springs, Tenn.; three daughters, Michele Anderson of Fort Pierce, Fla., Vicky Haynes of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Cindy Myers of Taylor, S.C.; two brothers, Gary Skelton of Bay City, Texas, and Larry Skelton of Deltona, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and his fiancee, Janet Walker of Arnold.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Liberty Cemetery near Bloomfield.

Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield is in charge of arrangements.
