Orliner Taylor
SIKESTON - Orliner Taylor, 78, died May 28, 2004, at her home.
Born Nov. 15, 1925, in Evadale, Ark., daughter of the late Isaac and Goldie Armstrong McGee, she lived in Missouri for more than 20 years and was of the Baptist belief.
In 1938, she married Willie Taylor Sr. who preceded her in death.
Survivors include: seven sons, Cleo Taylor, Calvin Taylor, Orval "Jerry" Taylor, Freddie Lee Taylor and Edward Taylor of Sikeston, J.B. Taylor of Kennett and Solomon Taylor of Marion, Ark.; seven daughters, Betty Bradley, Marilyn Taylor, Dorothy Carmona, Trina Taylor and Lillie Mae Hick of Sikeston and Oscella Taylor and Josephine Taylor of Blytheville, Ark.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Willie Taylor Jr.; one daughter, Ruthie Mae Lewis; one sister, Annie Bell Cotton; and one brother, Isaac McGee Jr.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Williams Funeral Home in Sikeston.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at the New St. Paul Baptist Church in Blytheville with the Rev. Betty Ware officiating.
Burial will follow in the Blytheville Cemetery.
