MoMO Roberson

COTTAGE HILLS, Ill. --

Mary Mildred "MoMo" Roberson, 83, formerly of Sikeston, Mo., died at 2:15 p.m. Jan. 16, 2004, at Alton Memorial Hospital.

Born Nov. 8, 1920, in Malden, Mo., daughter of the late George and Clora Mac Ballard Dockins, she retired from Carroll Distributing in July 2000 after 27 years of service.

On July 10, 1948, in Sikeston, she married Raymond Roberson who preceded her in death.

Survivors include: one daughter, Peggy Zimmerman; two sisters, Helen Crouthers of Bethalto and Ruby McNeil of Arcadia, Mo.; one brother, Donald Dockins of St. Louis, Mo., and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Joy; three brothers, three sisters and three great-grandchildren.

Services were conducted at 10 a.m. today at the Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home in Bethalto. Ken Buttry officiated.

Burial followed in the Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
