Tommy Brown

LILBOURN - Tommy Brown, 67, died Sept. 11, 2003, at his home.

Born May 14, 1935, in Parma, he was the son of Mattie and Dixon Brown of New Madrid.

His wife, Maudie Lee Taylor, survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include: one daughter, Maxcine Evan of Flint, Mich.; one stepdaughter, Darleen Taylor of Lilbourn; one brother, Robert M. Brown of Gary, Ind.; and nine grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

One brother, Howard Brown Sr., preceded him in death.

Visitation is from noon Monday until service time at 1 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Lilbourn. Elder Arther Bell Sr. will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Simmons Burial Park at Catron.

Pallbearers will be: Steven Taylor, L.J. Moore, Chad Nolen and Howard Brown Jr.
