Van Patterson

PARMA - Van Minter Patterson, 65, died June 11, 2003, at his home.

Born Jan. 4, 1938, at Bonne Terre, son of the late Raymond W. and Vallie Minter Patterson, he was a retired farmer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and affiliated with the Risco Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Richie Van Patterson of Dallas, Texas, and Rayvan Lee and Kristi Patterson of Doniphan; two stepsons and one daughter-in-law, Scott Blanchette of Van Buren and Shawn and Christine Blanchette of Risco; and two grandsons, Todd Rayvan Patterson and Sawyer Lee Patterson of Doniphan.

One sister, Valerie Patterson, preceded him in death.

Services were conducted Saturday at Landess Funeral Home in Malden with the Rev. Gene Lancaster officiating.

Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery at Malden.
