Lottie Sibole

DEXTER - Lottie Mae Sibole, 95, died Aug. 25, 2003, at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Center in Dexter.

Born Nov. 7, 1907, at Malden, daughter of the late Thomas Henry and Rebecca Campbell Bowman, she was a member of the Second General Baptist Church in Dexter. She was a former store clerk at Gamble's and Stovall's Department Store.

On Dec. 26, 1933, at Bernie, she married William M. Sibole who preceded her in death on May 5, 1974.

Also preceding her in death were one son, Charles Sibole; four brothers, Leonard Bowman, Acy Bowman, Aytch Bowman and Dee Bowman; and three sisters, Elizabeth Bowman, Bessie McFarland and Blanche Beck.

Survivors include: one sister, Priscilla Nickens of Dexter; and four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter where services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Kenneth Biggs will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
