Barbara Rose

DEXTER - Barbara June Rose, 62, died March 20, 2003, at Missouri Southern Healthcare.

Born March 23, 1940, in Westville, Ind., daughter of the late Howard Berlin and Catherine Schmittel Williams, she was a member of New Beginnings Pentecostal Church in Dexter. She was a driver for Renzenberger Transportation and former deputy sheriff for McHenry County, Ill.

On Dec. 12, 1987, in Richmond, Ill., she married Donald E. Rose who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Michael A. Borchardt of McHenry; three stepsons, Donald Rose of Toledo, Ohio, and Chad Rose and Greg Rose of Indianapolis, Ind.; one sister, Marge Brodin of Florida; and two stepgrandchildren.

One son, Ronald Borchardt, preceded her in death.

Services were conducted at 10 a.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter with the Rev. James Crutchfield officiating.

Cremation followed.
