CHAFFEE - Marjorie Ann Jobe, 75, died at 12:30 p.m. March 17, 2003, at her home.

Born May 13, 1927, in Sikeston, daughter of the late William Henry and Virgin Minnie Slinkard White, she was a retired nurse aide and member of the General Baptist Church in Chaffee.

On June 7, 1943, she married Fred Jobe who preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 1999.

Survivors include: three sons, James Jobe, Mike Jobe and Bill Jobe of Chaffee; three daughters, Sue Rinehart, Gail Ing and Becky Ivester of Chaffee; one brother, Edward White of Chaffee; four sisters, Mary Dennis of Chaffee, Carol Morris and Martha Standridge of Sikeston and Camille Crumbaugh of Springfield, Ill.; and 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Four brothers, two sisters and one granddaughter also preceded her in death.

Visitation begins at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Cliff Day will officiate.

Burial will follow in Union Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Alan Lankford, Dean Lankford, Philip Rinehart, Greg Jobe, Shawn Jobe and Mike Swain.
