SIKESTON - Memorial services have been scheduled for Nadine Francis Pennington Koch, 83, who died May 30, 2003.

Born Dec. 20, 1919, in rural Carroll County, daughter of the late Fred O. and Ada Goodbar Pennington, she was a florist. A member of the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston, she was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, past worthy matron of Parson Chapter 189 Order of the Eastern Star at Trenton and past president of VFW Post 1776 Ladies Auxiliary in Carrollton.

On Sept. 8, 1940, she married Marvin Harold Koch who preceded her in death on Sept. 5, 1992.

Survivors include: two sons and one daughter-in-law, Harold T. Koch of Sedalia and the Rev. William "Bill" and Marti Koch of Sikeston; four grandchildren and their spouses, Scott Harold and Lisa Koch of Clarksdale, Kristin Gayle Koch of Chicago, Ill., Paul Andrew and Jacque Koch of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Matthew Brian and Destiny Koch of St. Joseph; one great-grandchild, Julia Lynn Koch of Clarksdale; and two stepgreat-grandchildren, Melissa Kay Siemer and Amanda Gayle Siemer of Clarksdale.

One grandson, Steven Lynn Koch, preceded her in death on July 7, 1970.

Visitation is from 6 p.m. Tuesday until service time at 6:30 p.m. at the Dempster Chapel of the First United Methodist Church in Sikeston. The Rev. Sandra Schaller, associate pastor, will officiate.
