Bonnie Jean Hisaw
PUXICO - Bonnie Jean Hisaw, 65, died May 25, 2003, at the Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus in Poplar Bluff.
Born July 14, 1937, in Kinder to the late Claude and Mable Way Townsend, she had lived in the Puxico area her entire life. A 1955 graduate of Puxico High School, she worked as a seamstress at Columbia Sportswear in Chaffee and attended the Brown General Baptist and the Kinder Chapel churches.
On June 23, 1956, in Gipsy, she married Bobby Hisaw, who survives of Puxico.
Other survivors include: two daughters and a son-in-law, Sherry and Cecil Daniel and Mary Hisaw of Puxico; two brothers, Terry Townsend of Zalma and Bill Townsend of Brownsville, Ky.; one grandson, Dennis Daniel of Puxico; and two stepgrandchildren, Cody and Danielle Daniel of Puxico.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. John Buttry and the Rev. Ray Placher of Puxico will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Fagan Cemetery near Puxico.
