Gina Engler

ST. LOUIS - Gina Engler, 85, formerly of Sikeston, died March 31, 2002, at the Delmar Gardens West Nursing Home in Chesterfield.

Born April 5, 1916, in Tipper County, Miss., daughter of the late Rasin Malden and Ruth Dollar Alsup, she was a licensed practical nurse.

Survivors include: one son, Mark Engler of Ocean City, N.J.; two daughters, Susan Jacobsmeyer and Ann Crowley of St. Louis; one brother and sister-in-law, Castor and Mary Alsup of Sikeston; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Hilma and Orville Lumsden of Atlanta, Ga., and Mary Meyer of St. Louis; and six grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

Ponder Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
