Shirley Brack

EAST PRAIRIE - Shirley Brack, 65, died at 7:11 p.m. April 23, 2002, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born April 21, 1937, in East Prairie, daughter of the late Herschel G. and Lera Parker Majors, she lived in East Prairie most of her life and was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.

On July 9, 1959, she married Harrison G. Brack who preceded her in death on Sept. 13, 1982.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Lori Brack and Harry and Rhonda Brack of East Prairie; one daughter and son-in-law, Sheryl and Donald Bennett of Union City, Tenn.; two stepsons and daughter-in-law, Ronnie Brack and Mike and Debbie Brack of Bullhead City, Ariz.; two brothers, Herb Majors of Dogwood and Jimmy Tidwell of Taiwan; two sisters, June Majors of East Prairie and Lucy Smith of Tampa, Fla.; and six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, David Majors and Herschel Majors; and one sister, Catherine Majors.

Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Friday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery with Burl Britt officiating.
