Edna Burton
POPLAR BLUFF - Edna Mae Burton, 57, died April 6, 2002, at her home.
Born April 22, 1944, at Anniston, daughter of Helen Gibson Coram of Poplar Bluff; and the late Albert Coram, she retired as a factory worker for the International Hat Factory at Oran.
Survivors in addition to her mother include: one son, Billy Burton of San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Terry Pemberton of Diehlstadt and Lisa Wills of Poplar Bluff; five brothers, Sonny Coram of Poplar Bluff, Terry Piatt of Poplar Bluff, Larry Coram of Oran, Richard Coram of Cape Girardeau and Elvis Coram of Lowndes; five sisters, Judy Parker of Alpine, Calif., and Cletus Bushnell, Norma Wilson, Kathy Henson and Carol Langston of Poplar Bluff; and eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted at 11 a.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran with the Rev. Watis Harrell officiating.
Burial followed in the Friend Cemetery at Oran.
