Frances Harty

DEXTER - Frances Elizabeth Harty, 48, died April 7, 2002, at Missouri Southern Healthcare.

Born Jan. 27, 1954, in Dexter, daughter of Mary Elizabeth Dixie Jennings Harty of Dexter and the late Robert B. Harty, she was a member of the Southwest Church of the Nazarene in Dexter, where she served as pianist for many years. She was employed by the Gospel Rescue Mission in Dexter.

Survivors in addition to her mother include: three brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert L. and Joann Harty of Oklahoma City, Okla., Kenneth and Janis Harty of Graham, Wash., and Dwight and Vicki Harty of Maryville, Tenn.; one sister and brother-in-law, Beverly and Gene Grose of Oklahoma City; and four nephews, five nieces, one great-nephew and one great-niece.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, where services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Avis Murray will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
