James Crawford

PORTAGEVILLE - James Crawford, 66, died Dec. 24, 2002, at Evansville, Ind.

He was born Aug. 1, 1936, at Sardis, Tenn., to the late L.L. and Ida Mae Renfro Crawford.

In Hernando, Miss., he was married to Jeannene Riddle, who survives of the home.

Other survivors are one son, Jimmy Crawford of Portageville; one daughter, Cindy Richardson of Portageville; three brothers, Roy Crawford of Denbigh, Va., Tom Crawford of Rock Hill, S.C., and Jerry Crawford of Portageville; three sisters, Lorraine Kimes of Mountain View, Calif., Jean Bodine of Sikeston and Ann Jewell of Little Rock, Ark.; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled begins after 6 p.m. Friday at the DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville where services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Mark Inman officiating.

Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
