Fred Aduddell
ZEIGLER, Ill. - Fred Ray Aduddell, 72, formerly of Sikeston, Mo., died at 3:30 a.m. Feb. 15, 2002, at his home.
Born Jan. 20, 1930, in Herrin, son of the late Ray and Vivian Vaughn Aduddell, he owned and operated Aduddell Distribution and the Circle A Leasing Company in Zeigler. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War.
On Dec. 27, 1997, at Christopher, he married Evelyn Masulis who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, David and Becky Aduddell of Wake Forest, N.C.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie and Dr. Gil Vansciver of Marydel, Del., and Melissa and Dr. Skip Hagan of Cary, N.C.; seven grandchildren; and his former wife, Mary Francis Aduddell of Pinellas Park, Fla.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Jim Aduddell.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. Monday until service time at 8 p.m. at the Vantrease Funeral Home in Zeigler. The Rev. Brian Barker will officiate.
