Coena Amschler

ORAN - Coena Ann Amschler, 83, died at 1:20 p.m. Aug. 22, 2002, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

Born Jan. 4, 1919, in Oran, daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Essner Klipfel, she was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church and St. Ann's Sodality.

On Nov. 9, 1957, she married Theo Amschler who survives of the home.

She is also survived by one sister, Cyrilla Uelsmann of Morley; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation begins at 5 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, where parish prayers are scheduled for 7 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church. The Rev. John Harth and the Rev. Normand Varone will officiate.

Burial will follow in Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Zeno Amschler, Allie Moll, Andrew Klipfel, William Klipfel, Herman Uelsmann, Jason Klipfel, Matt Klipfel and Dustin Bryant.
