Dennis McCauley

CHARLESTON - Dennis Wayne McCauley, 40, died June 19, 2002, at Three Rivers Healthcare in Poplar Bluff.

Born Oct. 28, 1961, in Charleston, son of Arcola Rateliff McCauley of Charleston and the late Charles Lee McCauley, he was a lifelong resident of Missouri. He graduated in 1980 from Charleston High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors in addition to his mother include: one daughter, Sarella Bell of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, William McCauley of Hazel Crest, Ill.; three sisters, Patricia Tyus of Decatur, Ill., Jeanette Chappel of Charleston and Teresa McCauley of Sikeston; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Sparks Funeral Home.

Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at Opportunity Church of God in Christ with Elder Steve Betts, pastor, officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston.
