Herschel Miller

ESSEX -- Herschel P. Miller, 64, formerly of St. Louis, died at 12:30 a.m. June 19, 2002, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Peters, following a lengthy illness.

Born Jan. 21, 1938, in Blytheville, Ark., son of the late Winfred and Elizabeth Hodge Miller, he was a plumbing contractor.

His wife, Nina Deal Miller, survives of the home.

Other survivors include: three sons, Danny Miller of Colorado Springs, Colo., Jimmy Miller of Ballwin and Rodney Miller of Affton; two daughters, Beverly Miller and Debbie Miller of Arnold; and one sister, Marie Vaden of Fredericktown.

Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Gerber Chapel in Webster Groves.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday in the Essex Cemetery.
