Theo Rottenbuecher
DELTA - Theodore "Theo" Rottenbuecher, 64, died at 10:30 a.m. April 8, 2004, at his home.
Born March 16, 1940, in Romania, he was the son of the late Karl L. and Anna Weidenfelder Rottenbuecher and stepson of the late Peter Hinterberger, by whom he was also raised. He was an injection operator for 24 years at Inland Shoe Factory in Advance and was also a self-employed painter.
On Jan. 19, 1963, he married Evelyn Riegert who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Mitchell Riegert of Cape Girardeau and Mike Riegert of Jackson, Tenn.; one daughter, Angela Brockmire of Jackson, Mo.; one brother, Siegfred Hinterberger of Lintz, Austria; one sister, Erna Kersten of Vienna, Austria; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation begins at 6 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Jack Owens will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Kenyon Cemetery at Delta.
Pallbearers will be: Stan Kight, Ernie Brown, Joe Crader, Dale Limbaugh, Don Nothdurft and Jerome DeBrock.
