Scotty Arthur

ESSEX - William Scott "Scotty" Arthur, 28, died Nov. 2, 2004, at his home in rural Essex.

Born Oct. 14, 1976, in Dexter, son of Charles W. "Bill" Arthur of Essex and Freda Robbins McAnally of Bloomfield, he lived in the Essex community most of his life and attended Richland Schools. He worked for the Hampton Farms for several years.

Survivors in addition to his parents include: three sons, Kaleb Arthur, Tyler Arthur and Dillon Arthur of Bloomfield; and one sister, Barbara "Bobbie" Dayo of Nashville, Tenn.

Services were conducted at 1 p.m. today at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. David Hardin officiating.

Burial followed in the Chalk Bluff Cemetery at Idalia.
