CHAFFEE -- Audrey Faye Clark, 75, died Dec. 6, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born Oct. 11, 1932, at Chaffee, to the late Charley and Gertrude McClain Leggett. She was a retired cementer for the Florsheim Shoe Company in Chaffee and was also an Avon sales consultant for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Chaffee American Legion Auxillary 389, Chaffee VFW Auxillary 3127, Chaffee Ladies Elks 1810 and Chaffee CBers Club...

CHAFFEE -- Audrey Faye Clark, 75, died Dec. 6, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 11, 1932, at Chaffee, to the late Charley and Gertrude McClain Leggett. She was a retired cementer for the Florsheim Shoe Company in Chaffee and was also an Avon sales consultant for more than 20 years. She was a member of the Chaffee American Legion Auxillary 389, Chaffee VFW Auxillary 3127, Chaffee Ladies Elks 1810 and Chaffee CBers Club.

On Sept. 23, 1950, she married Daniel Clark who preceded her in death on Sept. 10, 2001.

She was also preceded in death by one brother and a great-granddaughter, Kaile Hall.

Survivors include: one son, Charlie (Teresa) Clark of Chaffee; two daughters, Sharon (Don) McCarty of Jackson and Angela McGuire of Chaffee; two sisters, Opal Kiefer and Jane Day Baker of Chaffee; her best friend, Mary Wright of Scott City; six grandchildren, Amy (Mike) Walley and Chris Clark of Cape Girardeau, Holly (Brian) Hall of Scott City, Christy (David) Mott of Scott City, Amanda (Tyler) Kilburn of Chaffee and Kristin (Richard) Forbey of Sikeston; and nine great-grandchildren, Bradley Mott, Brandon Mott and Jaeden Hall of Scott City, Dylan Corvick, Payton Walley, Cameren Walley and Ava Walley of Cape Girardeau, and Blake Kilburn and Hallie Kilburn of Chaffee.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee where services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Randy Morse will officiate.

Burial will follow in the New Morley Cemetery.
